On Sunday, April 18th, 2010 at 3:00 pm Iowa Dance Theatre will host it’s first ever International Dance Festival. Local youth dance groups representing different cultures and traditions in dance are being invited to present their works on stage at Hoyt Sherman Auditorium. The dancers of Iowa Dance Theatre will be presenting works that represent the indigenous American dance forms of Tap, Lyrical Jazz, Hip Hop and, oh yes, some Ballet too.
